North Park Central Timeline: Yishun 10 Closes 2 March 2027, Launch Targeted for Mid-2027, Completion in 2031

By Davis Ng ·

North Park Central is Frasers Property's redevelopment of Yishun 10 at 51 Yishun Central 1 into about 110 homes above a retail podium. Frasers' 2 September 2026 release sets out a programme with three dates. If you are thinking about buying, it helps to know which dates are close to fixed, which are targets and which steps have no date yet.

The three dates on record

  1. 2 March 2027: Yishun 10 expected to close. Frasers says the mall's operations are expected to cease on this date. It is the first step on the site and the nearest of the three dates.
  2. Mid-2027: sales launch targeted. Frasers describes the launch as targeted for mid-2027. No preview date, booking procedure or price list has been announced.
  3. 2031: completion targeted. Frasers pairs the mid-2027 launch target with completion in 2031. No month for completion or TOP has been published.

What has no date yet

  • Showflat opening and preview dates
  • Price list and price per square foot
  • Unit mix, unit sizes and floor plans
  • Tenure
  • The completion month or TOP date within 2031

How to plan around the programme

  • If you need to sell a current home first: work back from a mid-2027 launch target rather than from the closure date. Keep in mind that a target can move; plan for some slack on either side.
  • If you need to move in by a certain year: 2031 is the only completion marker on record, and it is a target. If your needs are earlier than that, this project's timeline may not fit, whatever the price.
  • If you want to see the units before deciding: the showflat date is TBA. Register on the North Park Central showflat page to hear when previews are announced.
  • If budget is the open question: prices are TBA until Frasers releases them. The North Park Central price page will carry the developer's figures once published.

Why the closure date matters to buyers

The expected 2 March 2027 closure comes before the targeted launch, so on the published programme the mall will have stopped operating by the time sales begin. Frasers is also running a Yishun 10 Memories initiative, which invites contributions by 31 October 2026. The new development keeps the site's position next to Yishun MRT Station and Yishun Integrated Transport Hub, with underground pedestrian access to Northpoint City, according to Frasers.

The floor plans page will be updated when layouts are published.
